Can't find your race?

Request it and we'll look into it. Leave your email: if we have any questions we'll ask you, and we'll let you know when it has a guide.

What do you want it for?Optional: that way, when it has a guide, the alert takes you straight to what you need.

How a bib transfer works

The transaction is free. You never pay the seller: you pay your entry to the organiser.

Watch it in 25 seconds

  1. You reserve the bib

If you're in the queue, we offer it to you before anyone else. If not, you reserve it as soon as it's published for everyone.

  2. You give your details

You've got 12 h. Once you have, the seller has 24 h to give you a code or send a link to your email.

  3. Official change

You enter on the race website and pay the organiser. The bib is then in your name.

Protected purchase, with payment held until you confirm the change: coming soon. See the full process

Why it's safe

Transfer my bib
  • The organiser makes the change

You enter in your own name through their official process. No running with someone else's bib.

  • You never pay the seller

In a bib transfer the transaction is free and you pay your entry to the race.

  • Turns in order of arrival

The sooner you join the queue, the sooner you get the bib. Refreshing the page the most doesn't win.

For race organisers

Do you organise a race?

Changes of entrant always go through your official process: we just put the person transferring in touch with the person looking.

A guide with your public information. We publish deadlines, costs and steps according to your rules, with a link to your website.

We let you know when listings open for your race. And if you'd rather it didn't have any, it becomes «non-transferable» within 24 h.

FAQs

Is it legal to transfer a bib?

Yes, when the race allows it and it's done through its official process: the bib ends up in the name of whoever runs. If a race doesn't allow changes, we say so in its guide and it has no listings.

How much does it cost?

A bib transfer is free. You pay your entry to the organiser, plus any change fee they charge.

What if the code or link doesn't work?

You open a dispute from the transaction and each side provides their evidence. In a bib transfer you don't pay the seller anything.

What if my race doesn't allow changes?

In its guide we explain the options the organiser offers, such as their official resale if they have one. Those races have no listings.

What's the queue?

Press «Notify me» on your race and you join its queue. Each new bib is offered exclusively in order of arrival, a few minutes per person, before it's published for everyone.
