How the official waiting list works
Your race's queue on Pasadorsal, turned into your waiting list.
You publish the place
With a single-use registration code or link from your platform.
It's offered in turns
Each person gets their turn, from 15 minutes to 72 hours: you set the time.
They register with you
Whoever accepts the place registers and pays on your platform, as usual.
You mark it as used
And, if it wasn't used, it's offered to the next person on the list.
No money or data beyond what's needed
€0 goes through Pasadorsal
Registrations are always paid on your platform, with your transfer fee if there is one.
Data processing agreement
The one required by Article 28 GDPR, signed in your dashboard or on paper.
Figures only
You only see the name and email of whoever accepts a place; for the rest of the list, figures.
Don't want to be listed? 24 h
If you'd rather there were no listings for your race, we remove it within 24 hours.
Questions from race organisers
How much does the official waiting list cost?
Nothing for your first edition with Pasadorsal. If the terms ever change, we'll give you 60 days' notice, and they'll never change on a list that's already open.
What runner data do you see?
Only the name and email of whoever accepts a place, so you can check their registration. For the rest of the list, just numbers. Every runner gives their explicit consent when joining the official list.
Do you need our permission?
In bib-transfer races we open listings and let you know by email, without waiting for a reply: the change and the payment still go through your platform. If you'd rather we weren't there, we take the race down within 24 h. Any way of charging through Pasadorsal in the future will only happen with your written confirmation.
Do you touch our entries?
No, and we don't access your platform. Runners make the change through your process, as always: the person transferring generates the code or sends the link and the person receiving it registers with you.
What do we need to open it?
An organiser account (we create it and you invite your team) and signing the GDPR data processing agreement with the terms in the dashboard. If you prefer, it can be signed on paper.
